The firm is making a highly selective, opportunistic hire to strengthen its banking regulatory bench. Candidates should be established partners with a portable banking regulatory practice and a demonstrable track record of client relationships and business development.

Proven partner-level experience in banking regulatory work and regulatory compliance for financial institutions
Portable practice / demonstrable book of business appropriate for a lateral partner role
Strong client-development skills and an ability to work collaboratively within a multi-office practice
Admission to practise in Canada (or eligibility to transfer/admit) and ability to service Canadian-regulatory matters
Open mainly to senior partners; the firm is not considering junior partner moves
