Partner, Bankruptcy & Finance — Austin

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to build and lead bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights work in its Austin office. The role spans complex restructurings and creditor-side finance matters across industries, with opportunities to supervise teams and develop market-facing offerings.

The successful candidate will join an established practice platform, collaborate across finance and bankruptcy teams, and be expected to drive business development while advising on high‑stakes insolvency and workout matters.

• Proven partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights matters
• Deep experience advising lenders, creditors or creditor committees on restructurings and distressed finance
• Track record of originating and developing client relationships and leading deal teams
• Bar admission in Texas or eligibility to transfer; strong academic and professional references
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
