Top-tier law firm seeking a partner to lead and grow its bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights practice from the Sacramento office. The role combines partner-level casework on insolvency and creditor/debtor-side matters with a focus on finance- and lending-related restructurings.

Client-facing and business-development responsibilities are central: you will supervise deal teams, manage complex contested and transactional matters, and deepen relationships with lenders, creditors' committees and corporate clients. This is an opportunity to shape regional practice strategy and expand a financial-services and restructuring platform.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner-track record in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights work
Experience advising lenders, creditors' committees and corporate debtors on restructurings and finance-related insolvency matters
Ability to originate business and lead teams on high‑value, complex matters
Active bar admission in California (or eligibility to transfer)
