Partner, Bankruptcy & Restructuring — Philadelphia

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to grow and lead its bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights practice in Philadelphia. The role sits at the intersection of restructuring and finance, advising creditors, lenders and other stakeholders on contested restructurings and workouts.

The successful candidate will take a visible client-facing role, originate and manage complex insolvency matters, and work closely with cross-office teams on debtor/creditor representations and financing-related issues. This is a practice-building opportunity within an established national platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights
• Proven track record advising lenders/creditors and managing contested insolvency matters
• Strong origination, client-management and team leadership skills
