Seeking a partner to join a busy compliance and regulatory practice in Los Angeles focused on healthcare and media/entertainment clients. The role will lead client engagements on FDA-related matters, advertising and promotional compliance, and broader regulatory counseling.

This is a rainmaking partner role: you will build and oversee client relationships, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with cross-practice teams to deliver regulatory risk management and defense strategies.

Established partner with a track record advising healthcare and media/advertising clients on regulatory and FDA-related matters.
Proven ability to originate and grow client work; a portable book of business is preferred.
Strong litigation-avoidance and counseling skills, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
Bar admission in California or eligibility to practice in California; based in or willing to relocate to Los Angeles.
