Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand a compliance and regulatory practice from the firm's Princeton office. The role focuses on regulatory counseling and enforcement work across healthcare and media/advertising matters, including FDA-related issues and promotional/regulatory review.

The partner will advise clients on regulatory strategy, manage complex investigations and compliance programs, and supervise a growing team. This is an opportunity to develop a market-facing practice within a national firm and to work closely with cross-practice colleagues on client matters.

Established partner-level experience in regulatory and compliance matters, with significant exposure to healthcare and advertising/FDA work
Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships; portable business welcomed
Track record of leading teams, managing investigations, and advising on compliance programs
Active license to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to waive into state bar
