Senior healthcare partner opportunity with a well-established national law firm’s Princeton office. The role focuses on counseling healthcare providers, payors, and life sciences companies on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters.

The team advises on a range of matters including regulatory risk, reimbursement, transactional support and compliance program development. The office offers significant client work across the region and collaboration with national practice groups.

We seek a commercial, client-focused partner who can grow a healthcare and life‑sciences practice in a collaborative platform. Portable client relationships and the ability to originate and lead engagements will be valued.

Established partner or equivalent senior-lawyer track record in healthcare and/or life sciences law
Demonstrable experience advising providers, payors or life‑sciences clients on regulatory, transactional or compliance matters
Proven business development and client origination capability; ability to build and lead teams
Strong written and oral advocacy and client management skills
