Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Las Vegas office to strengthen regulatory, privacy/data-protection and litigation capabilities, with a focus on technology-related matters. The role will combine client counseling on regulatory and data-privacy issues with active litigation and enforcement defense work.

The successful candidate will take a senior practice role, working with cross-practice teams to advise corporate and institutional clients on regulatory compliance, incident response and contested matters. The position offers client-facing leadership and the opportunity to develop a broader regional practice.

Established partner with a demonstrable record advising on regulatory, privacy/data-protection and litigation matters, ideally with technology-sector experience.
Strong litigation and enforcement-defence skills, including experience handling regulatory investigations and related disputes.
Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships; a portable book of business is welcome.
Excellent client-facing, team leadership and business-development capabilities.
