Partner — Compliance & Regulatory (Technology & Healthcare), Dallas

Leading national law firm is looking for a partner to join its Dallas team and lead privacy and data-protection work across technology and healthcare clients. The role is client-facing and focused on originating and expanding advisory and compliance engagements, with significant opportunity to build a team and broaden sector coverage.

The successful candidate will advise on regulatory compliance, data governance, and cross-border/privacy program matters for software and healthcare industry clients. The position combines business development, matter leadership, and hands-on legal work.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record advising on privacy, data protection, and related regulatory compliance for technology and/or healthcare clients
• Proven business-development and client-originating skills; ability to expand sector relationships
• Experience managing teams and mentoring senior associates
