Partner — Corporate (Doha)

Senior corporate partner role based in Doha for a well-established international law practice. The team advises on domestic and cross-border corporate matters, governance, and regulatory-facing issues; candidates with experience handling sensitive white-collar / corporate governance matters are welcome.

This position is open to partners with an existing portable practice or a strong track record of originating and managing client relationships. The role will involve leading matters, developing the local practice, and working with regional and international colleagues.

• Established partner with significant corporate law experience and demonstrable leadership of transactions or advisory mandates.
• Proven experience on corporate governance and related regulatory/white-collar issues preferred.
• Ability to bring or develop client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Eligible to work in Qatar or able to relocate to Doha; experience in the region advantageous.
