Established national law firm is seeking an experienced partner to join its Austin corporate practice with a focus on M&A, corporate transactional work and energy-sector matters. The role will handle cross-practice deals involving technology clients, project development in renewables and oil & gas, and capital markets transactions.

The partner will be expected to develop and maintain client relationships, lead deal teams and collaborate with specialists across finance, tax and regulatory groups. This is an opportunity to build a regional platform while working on complex, market-facing transactions.

Admitted to practice in Texas (or ability to obtain admission)
Proven partner-level track record in M&A, corporate transactions and energy-sector matters
Experience with technology-related commercial deals and capital markets transactions preferred
Demonstrated client origination and ability to develop a portable practice; strong team leadership and business development skills
JD from an accredited law school and significant transactional experience at partner or senior counsel level
