Senior partner hire to join an established international law practice in Doha. The role is flexible on practice focus, with a preference for corporate expertise; candidates with energy or environmental experience will also be strongly considered.

The successful candidate will lead and develop client relationships, supervise fee-earners and help grow the regional practice. A portable client base or demonstrable business development track record is desirable.

Proven partner-level experience in corporate, energy or environmental work within the region or on cross-border matters.
Track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading teams on complex transactions or mandates.
Strong technical skills in corporate governance, transactional work, or regulatory matters relevant to energy/environmental sectors.
Excellent commercial judgment, business development capability and the ability to work in a multicultural, international office.
