Top-tier national law firm seeks a partner to join its Dallas corporate group, focusing on corporate and finance matters. The role will involve leading transactional work for private equity and venture capital clients and expanding an existing US-based practice.

The successful candidate will work with an established team on buyouts, growth-equity and venture financings, and related corporate governance and commercial matters. The role offers significant responsibility for client origination and practice development.

Proven partner-level transactional experience in private equity and/or venture capital matters
Track record of originating and managing complex corporate and finance deals
Strong client relationships and ability to develop new business (portable practice expected)
Excellent drafting, negotiation and team leadership skills; admissions and credentials appropriate for Texas practice
