Senior partner opportunity for an established corporate practitioner with deep experience in intellectual property litigation and antitrust matters. The role sits in a multifaceted team that advises private equity, venture-backed technology companies, life sciences clients and energy-sector parties on transactional, IP-litigation and competition issues.

The practice blends patent litigation (notably life sciences and technology cases), antitrust work connected to private equity transactions, and corporate mandates. The team values cross-disciplinary experience, client development ability and a collaborative approach to matters that span litigation and transactional work.

• Portable book of business of $3M (USD)
• Established partner-level background in corporate work with substantial IP litigation and/or antitrust experience
• Proven client development and relationship-management track record in private equity, life sciences or technology sectors
• Admissions and credentials suitable for senior partner practice in the US
