Partner — Corporate, Intellectual Property & Antitrust (Chicago)

Seeking a lateral partner to join a national practice group in Chicago, leading and expanding work across corporate transactional, IP litigation and antitrust matters. The role will combine courtroom and transactional experience, with significant cross-practice collaboration on complex deals and disputes.

Key industry focus includes private equity, life sciences and technology (particularly patent litigation), and energy. The position offers a platform to leverage an existing client base while working with established teams on high‑value matters.

• Portable book of business of $3M (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in one or more of: M&A, patent litigation, antitrust/competition or related corporate matters
• Track record advising clients in private equity, life sciences/technology or energy sectors
• Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and able to integrate into a cross-office team
