Senior partner hire to lead and grow a corporate-focused practice in Doha, with flexibility to cover other commercial areas including intellectual property. The role involves leading client relationships, originating and managing significant matters, and building a local team across corporate and IP work in Qatar and the wider region.

The successful candidate will be a client-facing senior lawyer with a portable practice or demonstrable origination record and the ability to win new work. This is an opportunity to join a well-regarded international firm’s Qatar office and shape regional market activity.

Established partner-level lawyer with a strong corporate practice; candidates from IP-commercial backgrounds will also be considered.
Proven track record of client origination and managing high-value matters; comfortable with a portable practice.
Experience advising commercial clients in Qatar and the wider MENA region (cross-border experience advantageous).
Demonstrable team leadership and ability to develop a regional practice.
