Partner — Corporate, Intellectual Property & Litigation — Las Vegas

Seeking a lateral partner to join a national full-service firm’s Las Vegas office, with significant responsibility in corporate transactions, intellectual property matters and/or litigation. The team is focused on growing M&A/corporate work, patent/IP litigation, and select ERISA and mass-torts practices.

Candidates with a portable book of business and demonstrable client-development ability are encouraged to apply. The role offers a collaborative platform across US offices, flexible compensation structures, and potential for equity participation depending on fit.

• Established partner with demonstrable experience in one or more areas: M&A, corporate governance, IP (including patent litigation), or commercial litigation.
• Portable practice or proven ability to build and lead client relationships; business origination preferred.
• Track record managing matters and mentoring junior lawyers; experience working across multi-office teams.
• Admissions and credentials appropriate to practice area; trial experience helpful for litigation candidates.
