Partner — Corporate, Intellectual Property & Litigation — New York

Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its New York team to lead and grow work across corporate, intellectual property and litigation matters. The role is suited to a partner with a portable practice who can both originate new work and collaborate with existing practices across offices.

Work will focus on M&A and corporate governance, emerging-growth company matters, and IP disputes and patent litigation, with opportunities to interface with ERISA and high-value commercial litigation when relevant. The team values candidates who can build cross-practice relationships and contribute to business development.

• Partner-level experience with a demonstrable portable practice or established client relationships
• Substantive background in M&A, corporate governance and emerging-growth transactions
• Proven experience in intellectual property matters, including patent litigation, or in leading commercial litigation matters
• Strong business development skills and ability to work collaboratively across offices and practices
