Established national firm is seeking a partner to join its Tucson office and help grow its corporate and IP litigation practices. The role will combine client-facing deal work and contested patent/IP matters, with opportunities to collaborate with offices across the US.

The firm is particularly interested in candidates with a strong portable practice or demonstrable rainmaking ability who can develop and lead a team. The position offers partnership arrangements tailored to the candidate and flexibility to work with other practice groups (corporate, emerging companies, ERISA/benefits and mass torts) as appropriate.

Established partner track record with experience in M&A, corporate governance and related corporate work
Substantial experience in IP and patent litigation or closely related contested IP work
Demonstrable business development/portable book or clear ability to originate client work
Leadership and team-building experience; comfortable collaborating across offices and practice groups
