Partner — Corporate, IP & Technology (Dallas)

Leading global firm seeks a partner to join its Dallas corporate team with a strong focus on M&A, capital markets and technology transactions. The role will also support IP litigation and transactional matters across growth sectors including life sciences, energy and financial services.

This is a rainmaking partner role: you will lead client engagements, develop institutional relationships, and work with cross‑practice teams on both transactional and contentious matters. The team is growing and prioritizes candidates who bring portable client relationships and can help expand market share in the region.

• Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
• Established M&A and capital markets practice with experience on issuer-side and PE matters
• History of advising technology, life sciences, financial services or energy clients
• Proven client origination and team leadership ability; comfortable working across IP, litigation and corporate teams
