The position is client- and business-development focused: you will manage complex cross-border matters, cultivate and expand client relationships, and mentor junior lawyers. The team serves sophisticated corporate clients across industries and frequently collaborates with international offices.

Established partner-level experience in M&A, corporate governance and commercial litigation.
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; a portable practice is preferred.
Experience leading complex, often cross-border, transactional and dispute matters.
Ability to mentor and develop junior lawyers and contribute to firm business development.
Admission to the New York bar (or eligibility) and strong academic and professional credentials.
