Leading corporate partner role in Austin with a broad corporate and transactional remit including M&A, private equity, capital markets and technology transactions. The position will work closely with cross-practice teams covering IP litigation and technology-related matters.

The role involves originating and managing significant client engagements, mentoring junior lawyers, and collaborating with colleagues across multiple U.S. and international offices. Candidates should be comfortable operating in a fast-growing regional hub and contributing to business development initiatives.

Established partner with significant experience in M&A, private equity and/or capital markets transactions.
Proven client-development track record; portable book of business preferred.
Experience with technology-sector clients and technology-related transactions or IP litigation is a strong plus.
Ability to lead deal teams, supervise associates, and work collaboratively across offices.
Active bar admission and good standing in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
