Partner — Corporate / M&A & Capital Markets, Chicago

Senior partner hire for a full-service international law firm’s Chicago office to lead and grow corporate transactional work, with emphasis on M&A and capital markets. The role will serve clients across technology, life sciences, financial services and energy sectors.

Seeking an experienced deal partner who can originate and execute complex public and private transactions, advise private equity and strategic buyers/sellers, and work closely with cross‑border teams. Opportunity includes leading a team and driving business development locally and regionally.

• Significant partner-level experience in M&A and capital markets, including private equity transactions
• Proven track record of client origination and relationship management
• Experience advising technology, life sciences, financial services or energy sector clients
• Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
