Established partner with significant transactional/M&A experience.
Proven ability to lead deals and manage client relationships at a senior level.
Track record of originating or developing business; ability to bring or grow a portable practice welcomed.
Bar admission in Texas and eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
