Partner, Corporate (M&A) — Dallas

Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a corporate transactional practice focused on mergers & acquisitions and corporate governance in the firm’s Dallas office. The role involves advising public and private companies on complex deals, structuring transactions and providing board-level governance counsel.

The hire will join an established corporate team and will be expected to manage significant client matters, mentor associates and collaborate across practices on cross-border and sector-focused transactions. There is an emphasis on business development; a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships will be valued.

• Established partner with substantial transactional/M&A experience
• Proven track record of originating and managing complex deals and advising on corporate governance
• Strong client relationships and business development capability (portable practice preferred)
• Ability to lead and develop a team of associates; excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Admission to the relevant state bar or eligibility to obtain admission
