Partner — Corporate (M&A) — Dallas

We are seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established corporate practice in Dallas. The role focuses on leading M&A and other transactional work, advising on corporate governance, and serving as a senior client-facing lawyer on complex deals.

The successful candidate will help grow and manage a transactional practice, mentor junior lawyers, and work collaboratively across the firm's broader corporate platform. This is an opportunity to join a prominent U.S. law firm with a national footprint and established corporate client base.

• Proven partner-level transactional/M&A experience advising public and private company clients
• Track record of business development and maintaining client relationships; portable practice preferred
• Experience counseling on corporate governance and complex deal structuring
• Strong team leadership and mentoring skills; admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
