Established international law firm is recruiting an experienced partner to lead its corporate and M&A practice in Doha. The role will focus on transactional work across the region, advising corporates and sponsors on mergers, acquisitions and related corporate matters.

The partner will build and manage a high‑value transactional practice, work with regional teams on cross‑border mandates, and develop client relationships. A portable practice / book of business is welcome and will be an important consideration.

Proven partner-level experience in corporate and M&A transactions.
Demonstrable track record of originating and managing cross‑border deals; portable practice preferred.
Strong client relationship and team leadership skills; experience in Qatar/GCC markets advantageous.
Qualified solicitor/advocate in a recognized jurisdiction.
