Senior corporate partner opportunity in a major international firm s London corporate team, focused on M&A and private equity work. The role will lead high-value transactions, advise sponsors and corporates, and help shape the practice s market strategy in the UK.

The team is active across cross-border buyouts, strategic acquisitions and disposals, and complex stakeholder negotiations. The firm is seeking a senior lawyer who can originate and execute deals, mentor junior lawyers, and take a visible role in business development.

Established partner-level M&A/private equity practitioner with a strong transaction track record
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable practice or demonstrable pipeline preferred
Experience leading deal teams on cross-border and sponsor-led transactions
Qualified in the relevant jurisdiction(s) with strong commercial judgment and people management skills
