Senior corporate partner role in the Chicago office of a major national firm, focused on M&A, transactional work and corporate governance. The role will lead complex buy- and sell-side matters, advise boards and senior management, and manage cross-border and domestic transactions.

Seeking a rainmaker who will expand client relationships and mentor a growing team. The position offers autonomy to shape the practice, collaborate with complementary practice groups, and contribute to firm leadership and business development initiatives.

Proven partner-level experience handling significant M&A and transactional matters
Track record of originating and executing complex corporate deals and advising boards on governance matters
Strong client relationships and demonstrable business development skills
Admission to the relevant state bar (or ability to obtain)
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
