Senior partner hire to lead and grow a busy Corporate practice with strong links to technology, life sciences and financial-services clients. The role will focus on M&A (including PE-backed transactions), capital markets and technology-related corporate work, with adjacent IP and transactional technology matters.

The team advises issuer-side capital markets, strategic and private-equity M&A, and emerging-growth/venture-backed companies. Candidates should expect a mix of live deal work and business development to expand the Dallas practice.

  • Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
  • Proven track record in M&A and capital markets (issuer-side experience preferred)
  • Experience advising technology, life sciences or financial-services clients and handling tech-related transactions
