We are seeking a US-qualified lawyer with an established, portable financing practice. The team is open to candidates who wish to bring associates or a small team and offers flexibility on seniority and location within the region.

US bar qualification and active practice of US law
Proven partner-level experience in debt and equity financings, including cross-border matters
Portable practice / demonstrable book of business and client relationships
Experience leading teams and developing client workstreams
