Senior partner role to lead and grow a digital business/technology practice in Madrid. The position requires hands-on coverage across digital matters rather than a narrowly specialised niche.

Work will span intellectual property, technology contracts, data protection, disputes and emerging areas such as crypto, NFTs and AI. The hire will manage client relationships, originate work and supervise a small team.

Established partner with a demonstrable track record in digital business, technology or IP-related work.
Practical experience across a broad range of areas: IP, technology agreements, data protection, regulatory/tech disputes, and emerging tech (crypto/NFT/AI).
Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships; a portable practice is required.
Experience leading and mentoring fee-earners and working in an international/multi-jurisdictional context.
