Partner, Emerging Companies & Venture Capital — London

Senior partner hire to lead and grow an established emerging companies and venture capital practice in the firm's London office. The role will focus on advising fast-growth technology and life sciences companies, as well as their investors, across financings, exits and commercial arrangements.

The team advises founders, venture funds and strategic investors on cross-border VC transactions and growth-stage corporate matters. The successful candidate will combine deal experience with business development capability to broaden the practice in the UK and internationally.

• Portable book of business of $2 million+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience advising emerging growth companies and venture capital investors
• Track record of originating and leading cross-border VC financings and exits
• Strong client development and team leadership skills; London-based or able to relocate
