Senior partner opportunity to lead and expand an established employment & labor practice in Abu Dhabi with a leading international law firm. The role will combine contentious and advisory work across the UAE and region, advising on complex workforce issues, restructurings, investigations and high-value disputes.

The successful partner will lead a local team, drive client development and strengthen cross-practice relationships across the firm's regional platform. A demonstrable portable practice is required and the role involves significant business-generation responsibility.

This is a visible senior appointment for an experienced employment specialist who can operate at partner level on both client work and strategy. Applications from candidates with strong UAE/regional experience will be prioritised.

Qualified lawyer with substantial experience in employment & labor law at partner level.
Proven track record of originating and developing client relationships; demonstrable portable practice required.
Experience across contentious and advisory employment matters in the UAE or wider GCC.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and developing junior lawyers.
Commercial, client-focused approach and ability to collaborate with cross-border teams.
