Seeking a lateral partner to join a national practice’s Birmingham office to lead and grow labor and employment work. The role offers a partner-level platform with national reach and resources while providing autonomy to develop business locally.

The successful candidate will handle complex labor and employment matters across multiple industries, collaborate with cross-office teams, and mentor junior lawyers. A portable practice or demonstrated client origination experience is welcomed.

Established partner-level experience in labor and employment law (union and non-union matters preferred)
Track record of client development and the ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing significant matters
Strong communication and business development skills
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become admitted
