Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to strengthen its Employment & Labor practice in the Chicago market. The role combines client-facing counseling, litigation and labor relations work across a broad range of industries.

The successful candidate will lead and grow the local team, handle complex employer-side matters, and work with national colleagues on multi-jurisdictional matters. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to develop business in the region is welcomed.

Proven partner-level experience in employment and labor law, including counseling and litigation.
Track record of business development and ability to originate or grow client relationships; portable business welcomed.
Admissions and standing to practice in Illinois (or willingness to obtain).
Strong leadership and team-management skills; experience mentoring associates.
