Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Employment & Labor team in London. The role focuses on advising UK and multinational clients on high-value employment litigation, complex advisory matters and cross-border workforce issues.

The successful candidate will take a senior role within the team, supervising associates, developing client relationships and contributing to business development efforts. This is an opportunity to shape the practice, work on market-facing matters and collaborate with colleagues across jurisdictions.

Established partner or equivalent with a strong UK employment law background (litigation and/or advisory).
Proven track record of senior client work and the ability to win and grow business; a portable practice will be advantageous.
Experience managing and mentoring teams on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters.
Excellent commercial judgment, business development skills and professional qualifications as required for practice in the UK.
