Senior lateral partner opportunity in a well-established national firm to lead and grow the Employment & Labor practice in the Newport Beach office. The role focuses on advising employers on labor relations, employment litigation, workplace compliance and preventive counseling across a range of industries.

The successful candidate will take a visible leadership role within the team, working on complex, high-stakes matters and developing client relationships. There is scope to build a portable practice and originate new business in the region.

Experienced employment and labor partner with a strong track record handling collective bargaining, unfair labor practice matters, employment litigation and preventive counseling
Demonstrable client development and practice leadership skills; ability to grow a regional practice and manage a team
Active bar admission and eligibility to practice in California
Comfort operating in a national platform and collaborating with cross-office teams
