Senior lateral partner opportunity to lead and expand a busy Employment & Labor practice in the firm's Philadelphia office. The role involves advising employers on workplace counseling, litigation defense, union/collective-bargaining matters, and general employment compliance.

The partner will manage and mentor associates, collaborate across practice groups, and play a visible role in client relationship management. The team works with a mix of regional and national employers on counseling and contested matters.

Candidates with an established, portable practice or demonstrable business-development capability are encouraged to apply.

  • Partner-level experience in labor and employment law (private practice or in-house).
  • Active bar admission in Pennsylvania or ability to obtain admission.
  • Proven record of client development and relationship management; portable practice preferred.
  • Experience managing teams and handling both counseling and contested matters.
