Senior partner-level role to lead and grow an established employment and labor practice in the Washington, D.C. office. The practice has a strong focus on executive compensation and employee benefits alongside broader labor and employment matters.

The team advises employers on complex policy, compliance and transactional matters and represents clients before administrative agencies and in litigation. The firm is seeking a visible partner able to handle high‑value matters and help expand client relationships.

Candidates with a portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate and develop new business are encouraged to apply.

  • Partner-level experience in labor & employment law, including executive compensation and employee benefits.
  • Track record of originating or managing significant client relationships and matters; portable business welcomed.
  • Strong regulatory, compliance and litigation experience before administrative bodies and courts.
  • J.D. and active bar membership; excellent writing, client development and leadership skills.
