Opportunity for a lateral partner to join a leading international firm’s Energy & Environmental practice in Austin. The role focuses on advising clients across energy and infrastructure matters, combining transactional and regulatory experience within the regional market.

The team serves a diverse client base, including project sponsors, lenders and developers, and seeks a partner able to develop and lead matters, work cross-practice on infrastructure-related issues, and contribute to business development and team growth.

Established partner with a demonstrated track record in energy and/or environmental matters
Experience advising on infrastructure-related transactions or projects
Proven client-facing and business development capabilities; portable practice welcomed
Strong technical knowledge of relevant regulatory and transactional issues and ability to mentor junior lawyers
