Established law firm seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its Energy & Environmental practice in the Boston office. The role is client-facing and will handle a mix of regulatory, transactional and permitting matters for energy-sector and environmental clients.

The successful candidate will have a track record of originating and executing work, supervising teams, and engaging with clients across industry and government stakeholders. The team supports cross-practice work and collaboration with national groups; candidates based outside Boston will be considered.

Partner-level experience focused on energy and environmental matters (regulatory, permitting, transactions or related litigation)
Proven client development and relationship-management skills; ability to lead engagements and develop new business
Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and working collaboratively across practice groups
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
Portable practice or demonstrable origination record preferred
