Partner, Energy & Environmental — Boston

Leading national law firm seeks an experienced partner to join its Energy & Environmental practice in the Boston office. The role will advise developers, financiers and corporate clients on regulatory, transactional and infrastructure matters across the energy and environmental sectors.

The successful candidate will have a seasoned transactional and regulatory background, an established client network or portable practice in energy/infrastructure, and the ability to originate and develop business. The position offers a senior leadership role within an established team handling complex, high-value matters.

• Established partner-level experience in energy and environmental work, including infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of advising on transactional and regulatory matters for corporate and project clients.
• Demonstrable business development skills and an existing client network or portable practice.
• Bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong leadership and mentoring experience within a partner-led team.
