Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Energy & Environmental practice in the Boston market. The role will focus on advising clients across energy, infrastructure and environmental matters, with a mix of transactional, regulatory and permitting work.

The group serves developers, investors and project sponsors on matters spanning traditional and renewable energy projects and associated infrastructure. This is a visible role with opportunities to originate work and shape team strategy within the regional office.

The firm welcomes candidates with a portable practice and an existing client base in the energy/infrastructure sector; partners who can bring or grow client relationships will be strongly considered.

Partner-level experience in energy, environmental or infrastructure law (transactional and regulatory experience preferred)
Proven track record of advising developers, project sponsors, lenders or investors on energy or infrastructure projects
Demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships; portable book of business preferred
Bar admission in Massachusetts or ability to become admitted, strong communication and team leadership skills
