Seeking a partner to lead and grow an Energy & Environmental practice from the Denver office of a leading US law firm. The role will focus on counseling energy-sector and environmental clients on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters, and will involve both client-facing work and team leadership.

The firm is open to candidates nationwide and welcomes partner-level applicants with a portable practice and demonstrated client relationships. This is an opportunity to shape a market-facing practice within a well-resourced platform and to collaborate across industry-focused teams.

Established partner with a track record in energy and environmental law (regulatory, transactional or related litigation/permits).
Proven client-development and business-generation ability; portable book of business welcome.
Strong technical knowledge of energy and environmental regulatory frameworks and practical commercial experience.
Experience leading teams and managing high-value engagements; admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to obtain admission.
