Partner, Energy & Environmental Litigation — Delaware

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a cross-practice energy and environmental practice that handles litigation and regulatory matters. The role combines courtroom and advisory work on energy and infrastructure disputes with regulatory counseling and compliance matters.

The position offers a senior role within a national/international firm platform and responsibility for developing business and expanding client relationships in the region. Candidates with an existing portable practice or demonstrable book of business in energy, infrastructure, environmental litigation or regulatory work are encouraged to apply.

• Established partner-level experience in energy, environmental or infrastructure litigation and regulatory matters
• Proven track record of business development and client relationship management; portable practice preferred
• Admission to practice in Delaware or eligibility for admission; strong litigation credentials
• Experienced leading teams on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters
