Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Energy & Environmental practice in Los Angeles. The role will focus on renewable energy, broader energy transactions and regulatory matters, with opportunities to work on private equity‑linked energy deals.

Ideal candidates will bring a portable, revenue‑generating practice and be prepared to develop and lead a team in the U.S. market. The group advises on complex transactions and regulatory strategy across the energy transition space.

• Established partner with a portable energy or energy‑transition practice (renewables, power, or related regulatory work)
• Track record advising on private‑equity‑backed transactions or complex energy M&A/finance preferred
• Experience leading or building a team and generating client relationships
• Active admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
