Partner — Energy & Environmental, Minneapolis

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Energy & Environmental practice based in Minneapolis. The role will focus on counseling energy-sector clients on regulatory, transactional and environmental matters within a multidisciplinary industry group.

The team advises developers, owners and operators across the energy value chain and works closely with colleagues in related practices. The firm is open to candidates based outside the region and welcomes conversations with experienced partners who have a portable practice aligned with energy or environmental industry work.

• Established partner-level experience in energy and/or environmental law, including regulatory and transactional matters
• Proven client-development skills and a track record of managing complex matters or deals
• Portable practice or book of business preferred; firm open to discussing candidates with an industry-aligned portable practice
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from the Minneapolis office as required
