A highly regarded law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Energy and Environmental practice in Minneapolis. The role will focus on advising energy-sector clients on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters across the full project lifecycle.

The team handles matters spanning traditional and renewable energy, environmental permitting and regulatory compliance. The office is open to candidates nationwide and to partners who can bring a portable client base aligned with the firm's industry groups.

• Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in energy and/or environmental law
• Proven client development and practice-building track record
• Ability to lead client teams and work collaboratively across practices
