Senior hire for an established Energy & Environmental practice based in Princeton. The role will lead transactional and regulatory matters across energy and environmental law, supervise associates, and work closely with cross-practice teams to deliver client solutions.

The firm is seeking a partner-strength attorney with a proven track record in energy and environmental matters, strong client relationships, and the ability to generate and grow business. A portable practice is welcome; the role combines matter leadership with business development and team management responsibilities.

Established partner with substantial experience in energy and/or environmental law
Demonstrated ability to lead transactions, regulatory matters, or complex environmental litigation
Proven business development skills; portable client relationships encouraged
Experience managing teams and mentoring junior lawyers
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction(s)
