Established national law firm seeks a partner to join its Energy & Environmental practice in the Princeton area. The role focuses on counseling clients across energy and infrastructure projects, regulatory matters, and environmental permitting and compliance.

The successful candidate will help lead client engagements, develop business in the sector, and work with a multidisciplinary team on transactional and regulatory matters. The role is suited to an entrepreneurial partner with an existing portfolio of energy or infrastructure work or a demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships.

Partner-level experience in energy and environmental law, with experience on infrastructure projects preferred.
Proven track record of leading client matters and supervising teams.
Business development ability; portable practice or demonstrable book-building history is advantageous.
Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or eligibility to transfer.
